PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Property management is our leading activity and main focus. We specialize in short-term letting, where active management, detail and quick response have a direct impact on the results.
We work individually with each property - according to location, market niche and the goals of the owner. Management includes strategy, daily service, team coordination and constant control.
We also offer property management for long-term rentals, aimed at stability, fair rental relations and peace of mind for the owner.
We work with a limited number of properties to guarantee a personal approach and a consistently high level of service.
FINISHING AND INTERIOR WORKS
Finishing works are an independent direction in our activity. We implement properties from the plastering and screed stage to a fully completed "turnkey" object, regardless of whether the project is related to future management or is a separate service.
We have:
- our own finishing team, led by a civil engineer
- an architect and interior designer, committed to functionality and vision.
- coordination of execution teams for overall implementation
